You will generally receive your parcel in 7 working days, calculated from the day we receive your order (if you choose standard delivery).

We offer 2 delivery options: Standard or Express (48/72 hours), calculated in working days from the first working day following your order, with an extra charge of €2.50. Some municipal areas may not be covered by this service.

Placing an order is very simple: register or log in to your account.

Select the products you’d like to purchase and add them to your cart.

Enter the shipping address or amend/confirm the data already entered.

Choose the payment method.

Enter the payment details and confirm the order online.

We’ll send the details of your order to your e-mail address (we advise you to also check your Spam folder)

After completing your order, you can track delivery by logging on to your My BV account, or by entering the delivery code you received by e-mail on the courier’s website.

The promotions are applied automatically to your online cart, so you can be guaranteed the best possible deal.
