Bottega Verde has the highest standards with regard to data transfer and access to information. For credit card payments: the financial information (card number, expiry, etc.) is encrypted for transfer. This information is never stored. All the information regarding your order, your personal data and your credit card is strictly protected.

When your order is confirmed, the amount is “authorised” (i.e. reserved) on your card. It will actually be charged when your parcel is handed over to the courier. In this way, we charge you only for the products we are sure can be shipped.

Bottega Verde has extended the right to return to 30 days (as opposed to the 14 established by law). This is the deadline by which you have to decide whether to keep the products or return them and ask for a refund.
