Non-accessible content

The following content is not accessible for the reasons listed below, due to non-compliance with Law No. 4 of January 9, 2004:

  • C.9.1.1.1 – Not all non-text content presented to users has a text alternative that serves the same purpose.
  • C.9.1.3.1 – In some cases, information, structure, or relationships conveyed through page presentation cannot be programmatically determined (or are not available through text).
  • C.9.1.3.2 – In some cases, when the sequence of content presentation affects its meaning, it is only visual and not structural.
  • C.9.1.4.3 – The visual presentation of text and images containing text does not always meet the minimum required contrast ratio, except for cases exempted by law (e.g., logos).
  • C.9.1.4.12 – When adjusting text spacing (line height, paragraph spacing, letter or word spacing), some information or content may be lost.
  • C.9.1.4.13 – In some cases, when mouse hover or keyboard focus triggers visible content, there is no mechanism to dismiss the additional content without moving the pointer or focus, or the content disappears when focus is lost.
  • C.9.2.1.1 – Some functionalities cannot be operated via keyboard or equivalent input methods.
  • C.9.2.2.2 – Some animations, blinking, scrolling, or auto-updating content lasting longer than five seconds do not have mechanisms to pause, stop, or hide them.
  • C.9.2.4.3 – In some sequential navigation areas where navigation order affects meaning or operation, some focusable elements do not receive focus in a logical sequence.
  • C.9.2.4.4 – The purpose of some links cannot be determined from the link text or its surrounding context.
  • C.9.2.4.6 – Headings and/or labels do not always clearly describe their content or functionality.
  • C.9.2.4.7 – Some interactive elements do not show a visible focus indicator.
  • C.9.2.5.3 – For some user interface components with labels that include text or images of text, the accessible name read by assistive technologies does not match the visible text.
  • C.9.3.1.1 – The language of some pages is not defined.
  • C.9.3.3.1 – In some cases, when input errors are automatically detected, the erroneous element is not identified or described through text.
  • C.9.3.3.2 – In some cases, labels or instructions are missing when user input is required.
  • C.9.4.1.2 – In some cases, user interface components (such as form elements, links, and script-generated elements) have incorrect or missing names, roles, states, properties, or values, or assistive technologies are not notified of changes.
  • C.9.4.1.3 – In some cases, status messages are not presented in a way that assistive technologies can interpret without moving focus.

The evaluation was conducted by a third party through objective and subjective analysis (see Article 3, paragraph 1, of the EU Commission Implementing Decision 2018/1523).

The statement was last reviewed on September 16, 2025, following the recommendation to periodically review (at least annually) the accuracy of this accessibility statement.
